Lg wash tower for sale11/21/2023 Clothes were clean, never mangled anything. Never stinky, tub clean seemed effective, but I always ran bleach in it when I ran a tub clean cycle just in case. We'd been through a Maytag Neptune set (stinky nightmare), a Kenmore set, and a Whirlpool set in less than 8 years and I was about to give up on front load washers until the LG set 10 years ago. Going to really put it to work tonight when I get home from work. Initial experience, so far, has been good. Washer did a good job of getting our clothes clean and had it done quickly - I did not pay attention to exactly how fast as hubs would put stuff on to wash, I was the one swapping it to the dryer and folding it as it came out. It had a load of jeans and towels thoroughly dry in 20 minutes. The jingle of music it makes when you turn on or turn off either the washer or dryer sounds just like our last set, which was pushing 10 years old. The washer on bottom, which is logically where it should be, is really way way down there for us. We hooked up the wash station last night (Just because we're living in a shop, doesn't mean we shouldn't have a washer and dryer, amirite?) after swapping the NG orifice for LP and properly venting it all, hooking up the hoses, etc. They are alleged to use less energy and dry clothes faster than an all electric dryer. We decided to splurge on our appliances this time, and since we had nothing but a good experience with the LG front loader washer and dryer we left in the last house for the new owners, we decided to get LG again (We went with LG on the fridge as well, having not enjoyed the Samsung fridge at the old house one bit.) We decided to try the LG Wash Tower.Īfter some research, we decided to go with a natural gas dryer and convert it to propane. Currently living in a new shop building while the house is being built. We have sold a house we built 10 years ago and are downsizing now that the kids are moved out.
